MALUS DOMESTICA INITIAL - INITIAL APPLE
The Initial apple is a cross between a Gala and a Redfree and is an excellent eating apple with red skin, a lovely aroma, low acid and high sugar. It is easy to grow and very tolerant to a large range of apple diseases and pests. Heavy fruit sets will require thinning. Trim to suit the size required, ultimately trim each winter to 2.5m to make fruit picking easy.
