FRAXINUS GRIFFTHII - EVERGREEN ASH

A versatile, fast growing, medium-sized tree with deep green, pointed, slender leaves and a branching, spreading habit on a slender grey trunk. Drought tolerant and reasonably hardy to most conditions. With a mop-headed crown, it can be trimmed into standard form making it perfect for avenues, semi-formal shapes or grown as a clipped privacy screen.

A great option as a pleached hedge screen, it trims very well to form a good dense evergreen screen.  Trim often to get the best results.

The Icon Trees nursery covers 50 acres. So that we can attend to your requirements it is important to visit by appointment only; we may not be able to give you access to the nursery without prior arrangement.

 

Our usual opening hours are 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
